Rug FAQs
How do I choose the right size rug?
Start with the room and furniture layout. In living rooms, place the front legs on the rug; in dining rooms, leave room for pulled-out chairs. See the rug size guide →
Do I need a rug pad?
No. The non-slip backing grips the floor on its own, so no extra pad is needed.
How fast will this rug ship?
Each rug is produced to order and dispatched within 48 hours. You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Can I return this rug?
Yes — we offer 30-day returns on unused rugs in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
How should I care for it day to day?
Vacuum regularly, blot spills promptly, and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle when needed. Air dry or tumble dry low.
Is this made in the USA?
The artwork is designed in-house in the U.S., and every rug is produced to order and dispatched within 48 hours. We describe our products as “designed in the U.S.” rather than “made in the U.S.” because we want the label to be accurate.
