Shipping Methods

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once production is complete, items will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days (for shipments within the U.S.) or 5 to 10 business days (for international shipments).

We also have Expedited Shipping:
Express Shipping: The item will be delivered within 3-5 business days after production is completed. This item cannot be shipped to a Po Box.

Please Note:

  1. More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
  2. Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
  3. For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days. Ā 
  4. For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
  5. A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
  6. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
  7. Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will giveĀ RESENDĀ ORĀ REFUND per your asking. Please email us at Ā super@magtion.comĀ and weā€™ll make it right!
